The technician Elias was available within two hours, which was very appreciated. They communicated well and we were able to know in advance when Elias would be coming so that we could notify the guest. Elias was a great communicator and documented the problem well. Although it was a difficult clog to remove because it was high up on a vertical drain line, it was cleared by Elias. They honored the original price, despite the fact that it took them so long. They are very grateful and I hope they never need to be called again.

It might seem that a homeowner who spends more than $50,000 on a product that doesn't improve his home is less happy. It had to be done, and Stevenson's experience was amazing. Everything was explained. It was not like what the TV guys do. There was no upselling. I was offered a good job at a fair rate. They are a great company to work with.
